Sleepy Eye - Named after Ishtakhaba (Dakota: Ištáȟba), a.k.a. Chief Sleepy Eye, he was a Native American chief of the Sisseton Dakota tribe. (He promoted peace with the white man and visited the White House often in his life.)
Good Thunder - Named after a Winnebago chief, Chief Good Thunder (also known as Wakuntchapinka) (it makes sense, there are 11 Reservations there between the Ojibwe and Sioux.)
